2019 年 4 月 18 日星期四，我们在阿纳海姆的迪士尼乐园，在城堡和露天剧院附近的购物车上购买了 chimmichangas。大约是下午 2 点左右。我儿子在回家的路上最终得了腹泻。自周四以来，我们都出现了以下情况：腹泻、呕吐、头痛、发烧和肌肉酸痛。我们中有 3 人来访。我们在 2 点左右吃了东西，我 7 岁的孩子在 5 点之前感到恶心。现在是星期一。

Ordered appetizer platter the calimari was chewy/rubbery, lobster crab dip tasted like dirty dish water and the chicken in the enchiladas was pink. Ordered one side of hush puppies, they were dripping greased from the bottom of the cone along with tasting dirty fish water.

CA Disneyland went to a wine place on the adventure land side. I eat some spaghetti and I think that's what made me sick. I also eat some garlic bread and sauce om the Disneyland side .don't know which one is was .but I puked 7 times and so did my mother and we are still feeling sick today.  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

假期节日期间，我在 Brazed 食品摊上吃了五花肉和大蒜炒饭。我在 1 月 4 日星期五下午 2 点 45 分左右吃了饭，大约在 3 点 20 分，我开始感到非常糟糕的胃痛，大约在 4 点 15 分，我跑到其中一间浴室，立即开始呕吐。从那以后我一直头疼，周六我的偏头痛非常糟糕，从那以后我一直感觉不舒服。
