我参观了 Blaze 披萨我是导师，哦，昨晚 10 点左右。我和丈夫分享了一个披萨饼，包括牧场酱、香肠、碎牛肉、碎肉饼、香肠和香肠，在上午 12 点 40 分左右，我们都呕吐并且患有严重腹泻。第二天上午 10 点我们去看医生，他诊断我们俩都患有食物中毒。

在我的盘子里我有普通的筹码和几块金块！然后我开始感到恶心我有轻微的胃痛并且感觉非常不舒服，几个小时后，我不得不去厕所几次，之后那是我开始呕吐的时候，呕吐会持续大约 10 分钟，而且我会再次开始腹痛然后去洗手间，这会重复 6 至 7 次

I ate a fritos burrito, a beef quesorito and a crunchwrap supreme, never had stomach issues with Tacobell until last night, its been a full 24 hours and im still scared to eat, stomach killing me to death and poop is watery as hell  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
