4/11/26 After eating groceries I just bought at Grocery Outlet on 4/10/26. I was hit hard at 2am or 3am in the morning. This may be the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had.  Really violent.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛

January, 2025, I ate a frozen mac and cheese box from trader joe's. I then fell asleep peacefully and woke up to cramping and nausea. Over the next two days I vomited multiple times and had severe diarrhea.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 寒战

I ordered a Hot Italian sandwich on 4/12/26 around 8:30pm for my lunch break and it was finished very quickly. I went outside and ate it (it did not taste great) and by midnight I felt very bloated. I struggled to sleep, but eventually did fall alseep.… 更多

Had a #56 (steak) on 4/12/13 with everything except jalpenos. Added bacon, mayo, tomato, and lettuce.

Couple hours after eating it, I had stomach cramps and nausea. Today, 4/13/26 I have nausea, feel like vomiting, chills, headache, and cramping.  | 症状: 恶心, 胃痛, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛, 呕吐
