昨晚去吃生日大餐吃完饭半小时内吃完饭半小时内吃了 1/2 个鸡肉脆片和大米我感觉真的很不舒服然后在 2 小时内我开始呕吐，腹泻症状持续了一整晚，今天早上我也感觉很虚弱  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 弱点

I went to with a friend last night. We both had meatballs and have both been unwell since the early hours of today, We ate the food at around 6pm. Myself and my mum got a Big Mac from here on Monday evening.. ever since we have both been experiencing very bad diarrhoea and nausea, we have had nothing before that meal to eat or after so this I can for sure pin point to it being from here! 4 天前在那里吃过我还是不能长时间离开家！进食不到一个小时，我就开始感到奇怪，随后出现了可怕的腹泻、胃痛，我的身体像烟道一样全身疼痛。昨天上厕所和下厕所 4 天不得不去文档上 imodium 和电解质饮料。已抽取样品进行确认。我吃了蝴蝶鸡、豌豆和辛辣的米饭，里面都有柠檬和香草。让我们说从我身上出来的东西和进来的颜色相同！
