6 月 17 日晚上 8 点 55 分我收到了一个 jr 鸡肉汉堡。凌晨 1 点我因极度恶心而痛苦地醒来，把所有东西都扔掉了，然后在接下来的 6 个小时里一直在腹泻。我还在呕吐而且还在大便液体。鸡肉汉堡是我昨天吃的唯一可能导致这种情况的肉类产品

我第一次去 popeyes 买了 4 块金块还有其他东西。醒来时非常剧烈。疼痛然后是腹泻和不停地呕吐了大约 10 个小时了！这是一顿儿童餐，所以在把它喂给你的孩子之前，请注意确保他们把它炸两遍。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛

I had a mixed meat sub and the night before and the next day I felt Connie bad all day long and later on in the evening and turned into a fever, I'm not sure if that's what it was but here it is the next day and I'm still feeling kind of crap and I've been in bed all day  | 症状: 发烧
