我在 2018 年 1 月 1 日 1800 点左右吃了 Loaded Potato + 奶酪，症状始于我晚上开始腹泻，当我胃痛、晚上无法入睡时，症状会变得更糟，与第二天一样，症状一直持续到今天，即 2018 年 1 月 4 日，这次事件给我带来了很大的影响特别是在 2018 年 1 月 2 日和 3 日的期末考试期间，我希望肯德基高层管理人员对食品处理的 SOP/ISO 采取完全负责任的预防措施

Had lunch at the restaurant on Friday lunch time with 2 other frirnds. Had high fever on friday midnight, went see doctor on saturday morning, doctor diagnosed as viral fever. Started vomiiting and diarrhea since then. Both friends also experience same symtomps  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

在 5 月 12 日晚 7 点 30 分至 8 点 30 分左右 ++ 在寿司明太 IOI 林荫大道蒲种再也烤过 SABA。
今天早上醒来后我感到恶心和身体虚弱。继续打出 SABA 的气味。喝一杯水然后呕吐。然后一小时后吃了我的第一顿饭鸡汤，但我仍然呕吐。我随时都会把 SABA 的气味打出来。然后是腹泻和现在发烧。到目前为止我还没去看医生。
