我去吃了牛肉和鸡肉和米饭。为严重呕吐、严重腹泻、卧床不起 3 天、无法上班或做任何事情而生重病 3 天支付了外出费。

非常非常失望，我永远也不会回去了。我一生中从未生过这种病，我差点不得不去医院，因为症状太严重而且无法控制，以为我会死，整整三天的恶心、腹泻、呕吐和令人难以置信的可怕胃痛。

洋葱圈不像人们所期望的那样是金棕色的，但它们当然没有味道。而且包含所有东西的双层芝士汉堡很好吃。
但是离开两个小时后，我知道出了什么问题。我有胃痛，我很恶心，腹泻开始了。一个小时后我呕吐了好几次。试图入睡时，我同时发烧和发冷。
所有这些都发生在星期六，直到星期三我才感觉正确。

2017 年 12 月 19 日晚上 10 点左右在奇波特尔。早上 2 点左右去睡觉然后醒来...我的腹泻持续了将近 2 个小时，然后在我呕吐了大约一个小时之后。去睡觉了，出了冷汗。早上 10 点左右醒来时非常头疼。整天拿了一些泰诺然后喝 pedialyte。我真的不能吃任何东西，因为我仍然感到恶心。如果问题仍然存在，我可能会去急诊室。

12/18/17 A day after trying several of the oil, vinegar and food samples they have for customers each member of my group became very sick. Some have gone to the doctors and have also contacted the health department. My wife warned us not to try the samples… 更多
