I ate a McDouble at like 6pm on August 6, 2020 and I had noticed that it tasted gross and I couldn’t finish it and then like 2 hours later I started feeling sick to my stomach and it’s now August 7,2020 and I feel very nauseous and feel like I’m going throw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had a burger and a side salad and two hours later diarrhea. Following day more diarrhea and then throwing up. That all started Friday nite. Its now Tuesday nite and still bad diarrhea but not throwing up. Heading to doctors tomorrow since over the counter drugs aren't working  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
