I ordered a hard taco and a nacho supreme. I had the taco and less than a minute later I vomited. So crazy me i tried a couple bites of the nachos and up that came. Don't eat there for your own good.  | 症状: 呕吐

我在 11 月 25 日星期日晚上 7 点左右订购了火鸡 bravo 番茄罗勒三明治。我把我6岁的西红柿从我的三明治里拿出来，因为她喜欢它们。一个小时后，可怕的抽筋袭击，然后整晚出现更痛苦的抽筋，导致第二天整天腹泻、恶心和呕吐。第二天现在仍然是可怕的抽筋和腹泻，我女儿在学校的老师打电话说她在学校自己大便，也患有同样的抽筋。我有一个五口之家，我的其他女儿和丈夫没有从那里吃东西，一切都很好。

11 月 24 日星期六。我得到了新的甜辣鸡肉招标。就是这样。没别的。没有薯条。我甚至没喝一杯，因为他们 “没冰” 了我们的食物花了这么长时间... 这个特别的麦当劳有一个游乐区，我的孩子们已经在玩了，他们已经回到餐桌旁休息一会了，但我们还没有食物。我说话大概超过20分钟。但是最终我们的食物确实完成了，我们就离开了。我们在餐厅的总时间大约是一个小时。从晚上 9 点至 10 点开始。症状在周日早上7点左右开始，当时胃痛使我醒来。我有两天来最严重的抽筋。除非我跑去洗手间，否则无法起床。我一整天都没吃任何其他东西，吃完之后我就直接上床睡觉了。

I am pregnant. We were shopping in the evening and went to mancinos around 850. Around midnight I got a sick feeling in the bed and ran to the bathroom. I puked in the sink and then had diarrhea while puking on the floor. Now at 7 am I am so nauseous and cant keep water down  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
