Ate dinner there the next day extremely sick 2 people that went had steak both was extremely sick one so sick unable to keep his daily medicine down causing him to have multiple seizures and have to have ambulance take him to the hospital  | 症状: 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 寒战

My 6 year old daughter had an original chicken sandwich and about 4 hours later was throwing up and having diarrhea in her sleep, also severe stomach pains. She was the only one to eat the chicken sandwich me and my sons had different food and are all ok.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛

I ate at QDOBA at around 11 AM on April 26. I got the steak fajita bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and guacamole. It tasted weird so I only ate half of it.
