Ordered a fry , bacon McDonald add mayo and nuggets and not even 20 minutes after had diarrhea and vomiting . Three hours later I am still sick with diarrhea . I went to the location across the street from the Maplewood Mall ; this is my first time eating from this McDonald’s .  | 症状: 腹泻

I got a 10pc chicken nugget on 7/20 after 10pm. The following day I had intense pain in my intestines, diarrhea, and a near constant feeling of needing to vomit. Symptoms continue now for 4 days. I've already missed 1 day of work.  | 症状: 腹泻
