I had a veggie burger with burgerville spread instead of mayo and mustard and a large order of fries around 2:00pm. Had diarrhea around 6:30 and started getting nauseated around 7:00. Extremely nauseated at 7:50pm and feel like a bout to vomit. I haven't eaten anything since. Drank some tap water.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛, 寒战

Family got food poisoning on 4\7\2026 at 9pm after eating at Taco Bell my two year old and husband went to the hospital for severe vomiting and dehydration. I have contacted the health department as well as corporate with evidence of their discharge papers as well as the receipt  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 寒战, 头痛, 脱水
