我有一个带鞭打糖霜的巧克力纸杯蛋糕、一个安格斯·布巴汉堡和一个弥敦道的牛肉热狗。从该地点购买并于今天下午准备的所有物品。我在 11:30 左右吃了纸杯蛋糕，1:30 吃了热狗，2 点吃了汉堡。9 点 45 分左右我突然感到不适，然后正常大便。此后很快，抽筋就开始了，在疼痛量表上升到了十分之九，腹泻从紧急和正常的质地变成了松散、水汪汪、绿色，带有非常难闻的气味。我想在无法离开洗手间 90 分钟后可能已经结束了。我很高兴不在此之上呕吐。

Ate from the salad bar for lunch. Salad had chicken, cheese, bacon, carrots, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, croutons, and ranch dressing. Within 20 minutes of finishing I was vomiting. The diarrhea started soon after, it's been going for more than 24 hours now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
