两个素食墨西哥披萨玉米饼片部分味道很腐烂。严重的腹痛肿胀呼吸困难因为隔膜压在肿胀的胃顶部尖锐的疼痛气体  | 症状: 恶心, 煤气, 肿胀, 胃痛

我在 19 年 2 月 7 日上午 10 点 30 分左右订购了酸奶冻糕和白摩卡咖啡。在 60 分钟之内，我头晕又恶心，以至于我无法工作，不得不躺下。旋转了大约 6 个小时然后终于呕吐了。整夜都因旋转、剧烈打嗝和恶心而起床，再呕吐两次，直到凌晨 2 点 30 分才能入睡。试图在第二天中午左右吃大米，但无法保持下来。终于能够在下午 5 点左右吃苹果酱作为晚餐。

吃了一罐馄饨快餐然后一个尝了，还是吃了。然后一个小时后，它增加了我的头痛，使其成为偏头痛，然后我的胃不适，我感觉像呕吐一样，我发冷了。过了一会儿我强迫自己呕吐然后睡了一两个小时，然后我感觉好多了。所以我知道我刚吃的是那罐哈哈哈。

My 14 month old son and I both got sick from the food here. I don't know what ingredient(s) are to blame. Fortunately my son has not been vomiting like I have but he's had horrible diarrhea that started the same time as my symptoms started  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
