我在 12 月 28 日上午 10 点 30 分左右用香肠吃了鸡蛋麦克马芬。这是我妻子没有分享（也没有生病）之前整天和晚上唯一吃的食物。她吃了鸡蛋麦克马芬
来自同一家麦当劳的加拿大培根。6 小时后，我开始因胃痛而感觉不舒服。然后恶心、头晕、diahrea 和呕吐在进食后约 7 小时开始，并持续了一整夜。

Ordered a sweet bbq bacon burger about 12:45 yesterday give or take, thought it tasted ok. A little gross after taste. Woke up at 2:30 AM vomiting. Definitely never ordering mcdonalds again. Simply gross.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
