Did not realize till after taking a bite all the vegetables in burrito bowl and wraps had gone bad and spoiled, lettuce in wrap was wilted, tomatoes with greenish white spots etc.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛, 寒战, 头痛

Ate there for lunch on May 19th around 11 am. I ate a honey chipotle chicken burrito bowl. I started having diarrhea an hour later (12 pm). And have had non stop diarrhea for the past 32 hours. I believe I got food poisoning here.  | 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛

Thursday, May 14, ordered protein burrito bowl. Only food I ate all day. Spent the late night and early morning into the next day with stabbing stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea. Still weak and stomach queasy.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 抽筋, 弱点
