我在下午 12 点 15 分吃了午饭。订购了素食卷饼和 fajita 蔬菜、玉米莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜，然后用可乐冲洗干净。下午 1 点左右，我开始出现胃痉挛，然后是发冷、恶心和腹泻。大约 4 个月前，我和我丈夫在这个完全相同的地方也发生了同样的事情。从那以后我们已经有好几次了，没有问题。

吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有鸡肉，糙米，黑豆，烤蔬菜（洋葱和甜椒），鸡肉，pico de gallo 和中号莎莎酱，酸奶油，玉米莎莎酱，磨碎的奶酪，生菜和鳄梨调味酱。3 月 8 日星期五早上我醒来时感到恶心，头痛和胃部不适。我早上第一时间经历了腹泻，然后呕吐了 3 次。头痛和腹痛一起持续到 3 月 9 日星期六，我仍然头疼，现在是 3 月 11 日。我注意到西红柿看起来有点乳白色/糊状，我让服务器从碗里取出一些西红柿。我可能错了，但我的身体告诉我那是西红柿。我喜欢 Chipotle，可能会再次访问，但不会在这个地方。

Chipotle burrito, Had not eaten much as I am a manager at a local retailer. Ate the burrito approximately 5:00pm. Started to feel nauseous about an hour later. By 7:00, I had violently vomited and felt horrible. I've had diarrhea for the last 10 hrs as well. I never vomit.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

I bought a burrito from the drive through at approximately 4pm yesterday, by 5am I was vomiting, fever, extreme stomach cramps and diarrhoea. I have had cramps vomiting diarrhoea fever for 15 hours now however I starting to feel slightly better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
