7 月 14 日星期五下午 6 点左右，我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、温和的莎莎酱、玉米、酸奶油和生菜。第二天，我总共呕吐了 6 次，胃痛严重，导致我卧床不起近 3 天。我无法站起来而不感到头晕，接下来的几天也无法忍受任何食物。

7 月 14 日星期五有一个墨西哥卷饼碗。它包含糙米、黑豆、鸡肉、酸奶油、生菜、鳄梨调味酱（实际上是鳄梨）和奶酪。一旦我挖进碗里，“鳄梨调味酱” 就被发现是棕色鳄梨的一半。根本不是 guac。第二天我经历了胃痉挛和极度恶心，幸运的是没有呕吐或腹泻。
