14/12 下午 5 点 35 分在宜家见了我姐姐和侄子喝茶。我们俩都在吃素食球，伴随着蔬菜和肉汁以及苹果蛋糕。到 7 点 30 分，我有严重的胃痉挛，病得很厉害。这种情况一直持续到深夜。早上有消息说我姐姐整夜也因腹泻而生病。
