我在星期四晚上 9 点左右于 5 月 9 日订购了路易斯安那鸡肉意大利面以及 Reese 的花生酱芝士蛋糕。那天晚上我吃了一半的路易斯安那鸡肉意大利面，但我没有任何芝士蛋糕，因为我吃饱了。第二天我整天都感觉很好。第二天晚上，我决定把剩下的一些东西放在 Chicken Pasta 上，然后吃了几口芝士蛋糕，大约 2 小时后，我开始感到有点恶心，胃很不适，接下来你知道我的凳子松了。我以为也许我感觉不好是因为我吃东西睡觉却没有让食物消化，所以我决定在第二天下午多吃芝士蛋糕，那时我生病得更严重，胃痛和腹泻都饱了。我不相信是鸡肉意大利面毒死了我，但我相信确实是芝士蛋糕。

我们在 2019 年 4 月 29 日下午 3 点之前去了芝士蛋糕工厂我得了腹泻。到下午 5 点我胃里呕吐疼痛那天晚上去了施特劳布医院。开枪 IV 和处方，他们证实了食物中毒。开始 5 天后，我是唯一一个吃熟食物的人，我妻子只有薯条症状大约开始出现。在吃完通知的餐厅一半到两个小时后，我妻子与 2 位经理交谈。我订购了谢泼德的派。我妻子给了他们账单号码和信息

我吃了非常好吃的路边滑块，后来吃了提拉米苏芝士蛋糕-我没有主菜。我在牛肉大奖章上的姐姐。之后我感到臃肿，腹泻已经大约 4 到 5 次了。我姐姐也报告说她生病了。，只有我和我的妹妹-五分之二的人。进食后不久我的症状就开始了，我感到很臃肿。我晚上有腹泻，今天有 4 次腹泻，但天气变得温和了。第二天，持续的胃痛，轻微的恶心和气体。我的腹泻终于停止了，但是一天半后疼痛仍在继续。我服用了 Mylanta，试图喝液体，吃平淡的食物，但到目前为止，没有任何东西可以帮助这种情况完全停止。

Ate there yesterday, April 16th, 2019.
Finished eating at 1pm. Bloating in tummy started at 1:30pm. 3pm full on Nausea, diarrhea, fever. Still happening now April 17th 3pm.
I had rice, noodles, sweet and sour chicken, broccoli, and shrimp stir fry.
