我点了一个鸡肉卷饼，连一半都没吃完就离开了那里继续购物。我开始感到深度胃痛和恶心。到达目的地后我呕吐了。胃痛加剧，我一动就继续呕吐。我病了三天然后感觉好些了。我在购买当天就退回了卷饼。我告诉经理是因为食物让我生病了。这是我在那条路上第二家吃完后生病的餐厅。

我和我妻子在3月7日星期六下午2点左右叫了外卖。我吃了鸡肉卷饼，她吃了牛肉，她从来没有生病。3月8日星期天早上我开始腹泻，情况逐渐恶化，然后开始呕吐。呕吐停止了，但腹泻整天都在恶化，伴随着严重的背部和全身疼痛。这种情况持续了整个星期天的白天和夜晚。现在是3月8日星期一，我被迫今天请假不上班。我仍然有腹泻，但开始感觉好一点了。我是一个63岁的男性，不喝酒。我确信鸡肉变质了，这就是让我严重生病的原因。
