我在 4 月 25 日的金枪鱼时间吃了一个加州卷，里面有生姜和芥末，水和一些豆腐汤。那天晚些时候，我有一堆鸡肉条-但是我的男朋友和我的朋友也有鸡肉条而且还好，所以加州卷是我唯一拥有的东西。我感到臃肿，恶心和可怕，然后第二天早上开始洗手间旅行。持续腹泻。我一天之内数了将近 20 次，直到我终于服用了抗腹泻药并开始感觉好些。我不希望过去两天对任何人来说。

我在 4 月 13 日星期五下午 6 点左右吃了 Popeyes。（5 块鸡肉条和薯条）。吃完之后我的胃立刻开始受伤。但是我真的没想到任何事情。直到第二天 4 月 14 日星期六我的胃里有这种剧烈的抽筋疼痛，所以去洗手间然后我整天都在呕吐和腹泻。它不会停止。我有这些寒意而且我的身体太虚弱了。这种情况连续持续了大约 32 个小时。我每小时都会呕吐。我妈妈试着给我液体我还在把液体扔掉。什么都没停下来。直到我喝了点姜茶，之后我感觉好多了。
