我在26年3月27日吃了卡津虾仁阿尔弗雷多面。大约20-30分钟后，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛。这种情况持续了几天，还伴有寒战和头痛。现在仍在持续。我仍然有轻微的痉挛、头痛，感到非常疲倦和虚弱。我希望Chili's能纠正这个问题，祈祷我不会有任何长期影响。
