5 月 4 日星期六下午 15 点左右，我购买了一个鸡肉碗，里面装有米饭 pinto fajitas 番茄玉米温和的酱汁生菜。自周六以来，我有严重的腹部痉挛严重的腹泻恶心发冷身体疼痛和呕吐。我去过紧急护理。我还在吃东西 3 个小时内生病。那是一天的第一顿饭。

I went to sonics yesterday night and got the corn dog and cheddar peppers, long story short i feel cold from my fever, crapped myself 2 times and thrown up too many times to count., Just me sick.
