我在州立大学拿到了 El Jeffe 碗，食用 6 个小时后，我开始出现轻微症状。我的症状急剧恶化，以至于我觉得自己需要去医院。我有剧烈的腹泻，不能在厕所里待超过 10 分钟 2 个小时。我开始经历剧烈的胃痛，这对我来说最令人担忧。我出汗了，很快就变得非常恶心，在一小时内开始呕吐至少 5 次不同的时间。我终于把系统中的所有东西都冲出来了（基本上是整个 el jeffe bowl 食材，包括：鸡肉、玉米、根糙米、黑玉米、羊乳酪和羽衣甘蓝），第二天我感到松了一口气。直到第二天早上我才摄入任何食物。我的胃很敏感，但饭后从未有过这样的经历。

Spinach feta wrap and shortbread cookies., Only 1 sick but I was sipping on Gatorade before so I don’t know if that’s the true cause and not the food.
