窒息的急救海报没有张贴。酒精和怀孕警告标志未张贴。复苏设备：呼出的空气复苏口罩（成人和儿科）、乳胶手套、未张贴的标志。检验报告标志未张贴。
食物过敏信息海报没有明显张贴在食品工人准备或加工食物的地方。
设施的食物和/或非食物区域存在小鼠或活小鼠的证据。

I had the Philadelphia; Blue Crunch; Negi Hama. Woke up around 11pm in a hot flash and an awful stomach ache. I was extremely nauseous and threw up. It was disgusting and tasted like rotten fish. Felt a bit better the next morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
