你好，

我昨天晚上在麦当劳点了一个汉堡配薯条和麦乐鸡块。等了一个半小时才拿到食物。带着食物回到家后，我准备休息过夜。然后我开始胃痛并躺下了。凌晨2点左右我第一次呕吐。然后开始腹泻并伴有恶心。从那天晚上到今天下午，我感觉每10到20分钟就要上一次厕所，无法工作或做其他类似的事情。我妻子联系了我们的家庭医生，然后我首先得到了Iberogast药物。现在这一天几乎过去了，我在沙发上盖着毯子发抖——交替着上厕所。我非常希望能很快好起来，明天重新做人。

Cold food/ undercooked and refunded. Unfortunately child ate hotdog after 10 hours - violent diarrhea, 30 hrs later vomiting and cramps. She ate before our food came. We left due to our food being undercooked (ribs) and potato skins.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛, 抽筋, 呕吐
