My 2 year old and 4 year old ate grilled chicken nuggets and mac and cheese on 04/29 5:50pm and 04/30 5:57pm. Afterwards they became violently ill. Symptoms included excessive vomiting, diarrhea, fever, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. Medical attention was sought for my 2 years… 更多
