买了牛肉三明治配生菜、洋葱、蜂蜜芥末和腌制黄瓜。在我开始出现胃痛几个小时后，最终一次呕吐了很多。之后，我在房间里放了一个水桶然后呕吐了很多次，一直感到恶心和头晕。呕吐从下午 6 点开始，直到凌晨 1 点 25 分结束，当时我吐了一些胆汁并停止喝水。

2017 年 1 月 1 日晚上 8 点左右，我吃了帕尔马干酪大蒜翅和蜂蜜烧烤翅配沙拉和蓝纹奶酪酱。17 年 2 月 1 日凌晨 4 点 20 分左右，我醒来时出现胃痉挛和腹泻。即使我整天躺在床上，我的眼睛仍然感到疲惫和灼伤。我的体温是 99.4•F，由于胃痛，我整天都无法进食。我今天去过洗手间大约 4 次了。
