昨晚我们让 Chipotle 迎合了一个聚会。我们订购了典型的餐饮套餐。我吃了米饭、生菜、鳄梨调味酱、奶酪和温和的莎莎酱）。食物在下午 5 点到达（提前送达）。食物是在下午 5 点 30 分至 6 点之间准备好和吃的。我头疼得厉害，感到疲劳。在接下来的几个小时里，我开始感到发烧（发冷、潮热等）和头晕。到晚上 11 点，我感觉恶心，我在凌晨 12 点呕吐，然后在凌晨 2 点和凌晨 4 点再次呕吐。第二天我也呕吐并保留了我的发烧/疲劳。
