您好，我的伴侣昨天（06/12）下午5点左右在位于北卡罗来纳州克莱顿市District Way 29号的Chipotle墨西哥烤肉餐厅吃了一份鸡肉卷饼碗。他/她于（06/13）凌晨12点左右开始呕吐，并于凌晨4点停止呕吐。症状包括严重的腹部不适（痉挛和抽搐）以及恶心。由于症状未见好转且不适感持续，目前正在紧急护理中心就诊。

我买了一份墨西哥披萨套餐，注意到里面好像有生菜混在融化的奶酪中，但味道正常，所以我就吃了。第二天我腹泻了好几次，当我以为好转的时候，又开始感到胃部不适。片刻后我呕吐了很多次，共4次。我开始短暂地感到胃痛，然后带着不舒服的胃去睡觉了。如果症状持续，我将不得不去急诊室并进行血液检查，以找出是什么让我生病。

Had the chicken fajitas and the Mexican street corn at 2pm saturday. Didn't eat anything else that day. Around 6pm started feeling brain fog and achey. Woke up with really bad diahrrea, out of control migraine, and confusion.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 寒战, 头痛, 混乱, 偏头痛

We’ve eaten there about two hours ago.
