14 年 6 月 28 日星期六晚上 7 点左右，吃了 2 个培根芝士汉堡包，配洋葱、芥末酱和泡菜以及少量的白薯薯条。早上 3 点 45 分左右醒来时因极度气体、抽筋和恶心而醒来。有些人会吐口水。呕吐正在路上。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 煤气, 抽筋

去了沃尔玛里面的那个。我订购了一个辣意大利大蒜面包，里面有生菜、青椒、黑橄榄、洋葱、蛋黄酱和芥末酱。吃完还不到 3 个小时，我就有可怕的抽筋和跑步。它开启和关闭了大约 5 个小时。我已经停止去地铁 4 个月了，因为在此之前我订购了火鸡潜水艇，之后立即出现了同样的症状以及猛烈的呕吐。再也没有地铁了。

Had popcorn chicken, cheeseburger with mayo, and a chili cheese coney with mustard and onions. Developed symptoms in the middle of the night around 8 hours after eating. No other food intake between Sonic and onset of symptoms. Currently 24 hours after that meal and symptoms have intensified.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
