2026年3月23日下午6点，我吃了牛排，配A1酱和他们的牛排酱，洋葱圈和蓝奶酪调料沙拉。这是我那天吃的唯一食物。凌晨3点我醒来时胃痛得弯腰，冷汗，恶心/呕吐，发烧和腹泻。从那以后我一次只能睡几个小时（现在是3月25日下午1:30），我的症状还没有缓解。
