Had pan pizza. After eating I went to sleep and woke up having to use the bathroom. When my b**t met the toilet, it came out like a waterfall. Once completed it took only 30 more minutes for my a**s to create another waterfall. Thank you Domino's for bringing me and my toilet closer.  | 症状: 腹泻

One of the workers had long fingernails way past the top of his fingertips. Pretty disgusting considering that you can’t have long nails if you are preparing food. Let it go because I thought maybe he didn’t make my pizza but all I know is I’m never eating at domino’s ever again.

吃了一半的鸡肉俱乐部披萨和所有肉类，还有饼干面团派，还可以品尝，然后过了一会儿因胃痛和头痛而感到不适。24 小时后因呕吐和腹泻而生病  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 酸痛

After my four year old ate this pizza we both had all symptoms for food poisoning. I ate 3 slices and she ate 1 slice. It was the only common thing we both ate all day. It is unfortunate this happened with this pizza but now i will no longer eat it.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Both myself and my toddler got sick from the pizza. Pizza toppings were Chicken, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Later that night my 18 month old was up all night vomiting every 30 minutes. Dr. says keep her hydrated and let it run it's course.  | 症状: 呕吐
