I purchased it on 1/12 and made the pizza that night and was the only person who ate it. Woke up next morning nauseous all day and vomited all evening. I live with 5 people and 5 days later none of them have been sick. Has to be food related and this was the last thing I ate before getting sick.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我在 2018 年 1 月 14 日下午 3 点左右在 Mod Pizza 吃过饭。另外，Mod Pizza 是我今天唯一吃的食物。我有一个 11 英寸的普通外壳，里面有意大利辣香肠、辣香肠和烤蘑菇。那天晚上 6 点左右我开始感到不适（恶心，胃部搅动）。此时我在晚上 10 点左右上床睡觉时我因寒战而发抖。我在午夜醒来后开始呕吐和腹泻。我整晚都在断断续续地腹泻。第二天 15 日星期一我精疲力尽，只能喝水。
