About 1pm May, 10th. Chicken quesadilla, rice and beans and water. Nausea started about 10pm, vomiting, diarrhea and bloating began about 3am. It is now 5:22pm May 11 and symptoms still continue.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 腹胀

On May 5th I got a steak bowl, taco shells, and chips and queso. Ever since I ate all of this , I have had diarrhea for the past 3 days and now I keep vomiting! Upon vomiting I noticed there was rice in my vomit and I haven’t had rice since eating on the 5th!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
