Ate at 3:30pm
Rice, steak, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, lettuce.
Felt nausea at about 6pm. Now It is 7:30pm and have violently puked and had diarrhea multiple times  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
