我 70 岁的丈夫吃了炸鱼和薯条和米饭。（没有酒精，只有瓶装水。）鱼味道不错，但在 5 小时内他出现剧烈、反复呕吐和腹泻（通常在同一时间），然后从凌晨 1 点到早上 6 点 45 分发寒战，随后脱水，症状在 5 小时内开始，在接下来的 6 小时内特别严重。在撰写本文时，上午9点，他带着腹泻回到洗手间。如果症状没有减轻，我们会寻求医疗帮助，当然还有补液辅助工具。
