Food bar: kungpau chicken, fried rice, orzo, spicey kale, bean salad. Juice: green aid. vomit & 101 fever. Just had massive vomit all my food from lunch (eaten at noon). KUNGPAU chicken from hot bar was too soft. Im guessing that was it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

昨天我得到了一个卷饼和玉米饼午餐我得到了一个牛排卷饼和一个猪肉玉米饼.浇头; 生菜，奶酪，玉米，鳄梨酱，米饭，黑豆，棕豆，中香料辣酱，芝麻酱和酸奶油。我吃了下午 2 点左右的卷饼，下班回家在晚上 7 点 30 分。当我回到家后，我开始恶心，腹泻，高烧和出汗，我也很疲惫。超过 24 小时后，我仍然有同样的感觉，这是真的很糟糕，我已经睡了一整天，没有食欲，今天不能去上班。我得到食物的日期是星期一，即 7 月 15 日下午 2 点。

Had a burrito bowl w/ beans rice avocado and veggies. Had lunch around 1:00 PM on 6/15/19 and felt nauseous around 8:00 PM. Nausea has continued for a day followed by bad diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate rice with prawn and eggs, saba grilled fish, spider roll and tamago on 14th July 2019 around 8pm. The next day around 5am, I started to experience vomiting and diarrhea and until 8am I manage to drop by Klinik Aman for treatment.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
