I got burrito bowl with chicken, veggies and brown rice. Added topping like black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce, and salsa. Symptoms started two hours after I ate, diarrhea and felt nauseous. It’s been 24 hours and I still get diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Sushi and chicken fried rice. They told me food would be ready in about 20 minutes. It was ready in maybe 5-10. Chicken looked weird, not like the fresh chicken they usually have. And the chicken wasn’t even mixed in the rice.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I recently ate at this Chipotle and became sick with diarrhea and nausea. I ordered a half chicken/half steak bowl with white rice, peppers and onions, nacho cheese, cheese, mild sauce, medium sauce, corn salsa and lettuce.
