I ate the salad rice for lunch with black rice, chicken and kochi sauce. Eight hours later I fell violently ill with cramping, vomiting and horrid diarrhea every 20 minutes for the next 12 hours. After 12 hours everything stopped and I spent the next 3 days… 更多

I ordered the tamales, rice and beans. Typically, I eat the chicken, rice and beans or chicken. avocado salad. I was the only one that ordered food that day. I started feeling sick about 3-4 hours later and went to emergency room  | 症状: 恶心

Salad bar Ate salad bar August 11, 2019. Was sick within 36-48 hours. Have been to numerous doctor appointment, but nobody can help me feel better.
