在自助餐吃完饭后，我几乎在 12/16 晚餐后立即生病了（头晕，恶心）。我吃了寿司，几个煮熟的肌肉和沙拉。腹泻不久之后就开始了，现在两天后一直持续下去，还有呕吐。抗腹泻药没有帮助我今天应该飞回家
