2018 年 6 月 28 日星期四下午 6 点左右在那里吃过。我吃了凯撒沙拉、饼干和虾阿尔弗雷多和水一起喝。周五早上 3 点开始腹泻、恶心和胃痛，然后是呕吐。我的脑海里也有很大的头痛。现在是第 3 天了，我还有腹泻！我已经减掉了 5 磅，因为即使是平淡的食物我也无法消化任何东西。呕吐和巨大的头痛已经消失了。

Ordered steak medium well, received it medium rare. Also had coconut shrimp and the chocolate bread they provide. Entire family was sick from the bread, which we pinpointed as the only thing we all shared. I had ordered kfc shrimp sandwich online on 29 th may! . Next day morning woke up at 4 am puking multiple times only kfc. Whole day vomiting at work and also loose motions atleast 5 times!

Both my husband and I got severe diarrhea after attending the Pastas and Pours Wine Dinner June 27, 2018 No idea what caused it. We had an Italian salad, Linguine with chicken, Rigatoni with Italian sausage, shrimp and scallop linguine and a fudge brownie along with the wine pairings.  | 症状: 腹泻
