自从我在那个地区送货以来就吃了午饭，一个小时后订购了大米、chowmein、核桃虾和安格斯牛肉，我呕吐得非常高烧，感觉恶心这不是我第一次发生这种情况我不想相信熊猫快递是让我生病的那个但现在我知道了。不知道他们在那里做饭的方式或他们使用的产品。还没见医生但是如果胃痛坚持我会去看医生的。

Purchased spicy tempura shrimp sushi on Friday June 2 for lunch around 2 PM. Began throwing up profusely around 2 AM which continued until about noon the following day. Later that night started having diarrhea which has continued through Monday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我们在 30 日星期二吃了。把爆米花虾到炸玉米饼肉再到土豆泥和肉汁，当然还有沙漠。没办法确定究竟是什么，但是我在凌晨 2 点 30 分醒来时因发冷、出汗、胃痛而最终呕吐，但症状仍然没有缓解。快进几个小时，胃痛/抽筋加剧，去洗手间旅行。我不是吃完饭后会生病的人。
