I ate at Denny’s on March 25, 2018; near LAX. Had the Salmon skillet and chicken noofdkr soup. This was about 9:30 PM.
At 4:00 AM, pacific time I awake at Four Points Sheraton with EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA.
Only food I consumed was From Dennys.
Two doctor visits? Probably Staph or Ecoli the Doc says  | 症状: 腹泻

Had the house salad, cream chicken soup, and pasta with meat sauce
Symptoms started an hour or more after- sudden malaise and clammy, stomach noises, urge to go to bathroom again and again. Eventually threw up everything I had eaten and my neck is hot to the touch and red  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天上午 11 点左右从那里外卖午餐，由于食物中毒导致的呕吐/腹泻而在晚上 8 点之前结束了紧急护理。我认为这是我放在汤上面的培根碎片。因为这个原因，昨天下午和今天都不得不错过工作。当我给餐厅打电话时，除了道歉 “如果” 我确实从那里得到的，他们什么都没提供。前一天晚上没吃任何东西吃晚饭，这就是我昨天要吃的全部。现在我正在与发烧和头痛作斗争，因为我无法保留任何真正的食物。

午餐时我吃了鸡肉面疙瘩汤、沙拉和面包棒。有一块褐色的生菜，但我没想太多。我只是把它放在一边。晚上 10 点左右，我经历了可怕的胃痉挛，然后是腹泻。一直持续到第二天。因为我的感受，我不得不错过工作。

I got the canjun pasta and the chicken southwest soup. I went to dinner with my friends at chillies. five minutes after I got home I needed to go to the restroom got diarrhea. And 10 minutes later I starters vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我们星期六下午 6 点在 Panera Bread 共进晚餐。我有西兰花切达干酪汤和半块牛排和白色切达干酪帕尼尼。7 点离开商店，晚上 8 点之前回家了，大约在 8:30 我不得不放下。我的肚子在杀死我，我头疼了。躺了一个小时后情况变得更糟了。所以我洗了个热水澡然后上床睡觉。凌晨 2 点我醒来躺在床上呕吐。今天我总体上感觉很糟糕。恶心、腹胀、胃痉挛、疼痛和发冷。我一整天都不能吃东西，整天早上大部分时间都在睡觉。我不会再回 Panera Bread 了。
