One evening , I bought Mexican pizza, 2 crunchy tacos, 1 flour taco, fiesta potatoes for dinner. The Mexican pizza was to be shared with my daughter. After my first bite, I told her not to eat any. I ordered a quesadilla and mini chicken quesadilla, and every time I order anything from Taco Bell I end up waking up at 3-5 am to either throw up or have sharp pains in my stomach and diarrhea. I’m never ordering Taco Bell again in my life that’s for sure.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
