I ordered a taco supreme and a cantina chicken taco at approximately 10:30pm on Friday, April 24, 2026. Within 4 hours, I suffered severe stomach pains, vomiting, and diarrhea. It continues even now almost 8 hours later.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋

I used Old El Paso soft dinner kit. The package of tacos was not sealed correctly. One of the taco shells appears to have gotten in the way of sealing the bag and the bag arrived unopened. I began feeling nauseous and then experienced diarrhea very soon after eating the taco.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻

Family got food poisoning on 4\7\2026 at 9pm after eating at Taco Bell my two year old and husband went to the hospital for severe vomiting and dehydration.
