Got an egg cheese an turkey bacon sandwich on Friday, April 19, around 7:20am, by the time the evening hit I was a mess. I had to go to the ER. I still don’t feel well. That was the only thing I ate different from my family members, none who got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I are in 4/18/19 at 11:45am, I had the brisket, chicken, turkey, beans, Mac and cheese, green beans and cornbread. I started getting sick within a few hours by 2-2:30pm the same day. I was vomiting by 8pm that night and am still sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

The food shack. My son and I ate a Turkey drumstick by the matterhorn and we where sick all night and went to the ER. Missed our flights because we are unable to fly., Two of us got sick. Ordered it at 6 and puking by 2am  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
