Ordered a Dragon Fruit Smoothie and a Baja Chicken wrap with no onions. 30 minutes later developed a headache. An hour later I was having diarrhea and nausea. About an hour and a half later I was projectile vomiting with all of the other symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

Myself and a fellow employee got the same Crispy Chicken salad wrap for lunch. Within a few hours we both started to feel extremely gassy and nauseas.
