May 7, 2026 Purchased Pretzel Bites from
 Auntie Anne’s DFW Airport I felt severe pain after consumption prior to boarding my flight to Phoenix. Severe vomiting and placed in the hospital.

In the executive Crown Lounge - the hot food was only warm and a large pan of tofu curry was almost cold- it was either the curry or the boiled rice. It was on 10th April around 20.30  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我于26年3月27日下午4:13从奥兰多机场出发前往底特律。我和姐姐在邮轮结束后提前6小时到达。找到登机口后，我们去买了两个金枪鱼卷、冰茶和佳得乐来吃。姐姐从前面拿了她的三明治，我从后面拿了最后一个，因为我总是认为那样更新鲜。我吃完了我的，姐姐吃了一半。姐姐在小店用信用卡付款。吃三明治时我记得它不是很冷，但可能没关系，因为这只是一个繁忙的机场。
登上了飞机。通常点咖啡，但点了姜汁汽水（我从来没有这样做过）到家时感觉很好。我早上7:30醒来时两端都剧烈不适，持续了两天，非常疲劳、疼痛和头痛。错过了两天工作。报告这件事只是因为我不希望其他人生病。我认为开放式冰箱对金枪鱼来说不够好。需要更冷。
不要在机场商店买金枪鱼......

星期六下午 11:30-1 左右我们在那里。吃了海浪和草皮（虾和香肠）、豆子、球芽甘蓝和饼干。周日晚上 12 点左右，派对中的一个人醒来时出现了 N/V。周日，所有三名与会者都有腹泻、n/v、头痛和腹痛。
更新：粪便样本的轮状病毒和生态大肠杆菌可能恢复阳性。请保持警惕。
